> For pre-ordered item, payment must be made before closing date upon reservation being made.*(Any buyers who do not succeed in making payment after placing the order before the batch close,order will not be process.)

> Payment which make from other bank will take 1 to 3 working days to clear the payment into my Maybank account. So kindly arrange early payment before the pre-order closing date.

> Pre-ordered items will take about 1-2 weeks for delivery after pre-order closing date (Sometime it might be longer due to special circumstances. For customers who not willing to wait, we will not advisable to order).We will notify once we send out the goods to you.

> We do not responsible for any lost or delay caused by Poslaju.

> Cancellations or amendments are not allowed after orders are placed with supplier.

> The pictures and dimensions of the products in our website are provided by manufacturer, the colors may look different due to different screens and sunlight , please subject to the actual products themselves.

> All items will be inspected by supplier before shipment. We won't responsible for any manufacturing defects/ wrong size/ colour.

> Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exchange and post the item back directly will not be entertained.

> Goods sold are Not Exchangeable, Returnable or Refundable.

> We reserve the rights to cancel order if the item is out of stock. A full amount will be refund to customer.
